Cassidy is a Licensed Practical Nurse with experience across spinal cord rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury care, and addiction and psychiatric treatment settings. Currently, Cassidy is advancing their clinical expertise by pursuing a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree, driven by a strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Outside of work and school, Cassidy enjoys reading, attending conventions, and spending quality time with family. A proud parent of four, Cassidy balances a busy professional life with a deep dedication to family and lifelong learning.

She is a proud mother of two daughters and is originally from Tennessee. Outside of work, Tempestt enjoys reading, crafting, and volunteering through her church, where she finds purpose in giving back to her community. Family, faith, and service are central to her life, both personally and professionally.

To ensure we continue providing timely, high-quality care and appropriate access for our established patients, we are temporarily pausing the acceptance of new patients at this time.
Patients who have previously been under the care of Dr. Moore-Smith will continue to be scheduled as we work to complete the transition to our new clinic location.
